Our goal is to move every order into fulfillment quickly and efficiently, ensuring that products begin their journey to you without unnecessary delay. Once an order is placed, it is automatically sent to our Fulfillment Center and enters the processing and packing workflow. Because this system operates immediately, orders cannot be modified after submission. This means we cannot change items, adjust quantities or sizes, update payment information, modify billing or shipping addresses, or cancel an order once checkout is complete. Taking a few extra moments to review your cart and details before finalizing your purchase is therefore essential.

Customers are encouraged to double-check that all product selections, sizes, quantities, and personal information are accurate before placing an order. Confirming these details ahead of time helps prevent issues that cannot be corrected later and allows our team to prepare shipments efficiently.

To maintain a fair shopping experience for everyone, certain items may be subject to purchase limits. These limits ensure that as many customers as possible have the opportunity to purchase popular, limited, or exclusive products. We reserve the right to monitor transactions and restrict quantities when necessary, including identifying and blocking orders placed using automated software, bots, or other methods intended to gain an unfair advantage.

Quantity limits may apply per order, per customer, or per household. In some cases, shared information such as payment method, billing address, shipping address, or email address may be used to determine if multiple orders are connected. These measures help ensure inventory is distributed fairly and products remain accessible to the wider community.

Orders exceeding limits or appearing to violate purchasing guidelines may be canceled, even after submission. If a cancellation occurs, a temporary authorization charge may appear on your payment account, which is usually reversed within three to seven business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Attempts to bypass purchase restrictions are taken seriously. Using multiple accounts, altering personal or delivery information to appear as different buyers, submitting duplicate orders, or employing other tactics to avoid limits may result in cancellation of all related orders. Repeated or severe violations may also affect future purchasing access.

Bulk orders—typically defined as more than six units of the same product or orders intended for resale—are subject to additional review. We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or cancel these orders, and special terms may apply. Bulk purchases may not qualify for standard promotions or discount codes, and extra shipping or handling charges may apply due to increased logistical demands.
